Our Clinical Research Trial Treatment Plan:
Laser Solutions offers a unique 3-step laser treatment plan to help
you “Kick the Habit”. Within one week and 2-3 sessions you can be Smoke Free and surprisingly "happy" about it!

*Step one is laser therapy. Our certified laser technicians will place the cold, non-invasive laser on your ears, nose and hands to balance the energy flow between acupuncture points and help to alleviate the nicotine addiction/cravings.
*Step two involves behavioral modification. Our
certified laser technicians will guide you through the
process of breaking the daily habits that cause you to reach for nicotine. Our 24 hour hotline affords continual support for you to "kick the habit".
*Step three is detoxification. The laser will shorten the detoxification process from a normal 30 day period to just 3-4 days. This will make the quitting process much more manageable than any other method available today.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)?
What is low level laser therapy
(LLLT)
LLLT is the application of a “cold” painless laser
light to stimulate energy points much like acupuncture. Laser therapy is painless, drug-free and non-invasive. The lasers used at Laser Solutions are classified by the FDA as a "non-significant risk" device. The US is currently monitoring the efficacy of smoking cessation laser therapy known as Clinical Research Trials.
What parts of the body will the laser stimulate?
The laser is placed on the ears, nose and hands.
Will this hurt?
No. The laser is completely painless. Most people tell us
they feel like they’ve had a massage after the session
is complete.
How many treatments will I need?
We offer a three treatment program. We also have additional treatments at $50.00 each should you need them. But, on average three treatments seems to work for the majority of our "lifer" smokers and dippers.
How much does it cost?
Our 3-treatment smoking program costs $300.00. We realize weight gain is a major concern of many of our smokers. We are happy to introduce in 2010 our appetite suppression add-on for $50.00.
Do you have specials if I bring
a friend?
Yes, we have special pricing for buddies. We require both
persons quit on the same day to receive this. Call our office
for more details.

Do you have specials for large
groups?
Yes. We offer corporate programs and family programs for groups
of five (5) or more. Call our office to customize your group’s
program. We also have a traveling team that can come to your facility. Please call our office to discuss your particular needs.

These co-workers quit together !!!!! We can help your group.
Will I need someone to accompany me for treatment?
No. This is a simple procedure that should allow you to resume
normal daily activities once completed.
What do I need to do prior to treatment to
help me succeed?
We suggest you clear out your physical surroundings as you
approach the day of treatment, i.e. Clear out all the “stashed”
smokes, ashtrays, lighters, etc. Getting rid of visible physical
reminders will aid in your success those first few critical
days. But don’t put too much pressure on yourself.
We have lots of clients that smoke their last cigarette at
our front door before treatment.
How long does the treatment take?
The first treatment takes about an hour including initial
paperwork for your chart and laser therapy treatment. All subsequent laser therapy treatments will take approximately 30 minutes
each.
Is the treatment guaranteed?
No. Nicotine addiction is unique for each client. We will
do everything in our control to see you receive professional,
proper laser treatment. Behavioral modification to change
your habit is in your hands.
Is this covered by my medical
insurance?
We are not set-up to file insurance, but we will be glad to provide you
with a detailed statement for you to give your health care provider for possible reimbursement. More and more health care providers are adding our treatment program to allowable expenses. Also, many employers offer Wellness/Flex Plans that do cover smoking cessation. Your employer will be able to advise you on this.
What forms of payment will you
accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards, cash, and personal checks.
I have never heard of this, who else does this?
Laser therapy has been available in Europe and Canada for
over 25 years. It has been brought to the US in the last 5-6
years and is currently being monitored by the FDA through Clincial Research Trials. That is why a laser therapy center must operate under an IRB (Investigative Review Board) protocol.
What is your success rate?
Laser Solutions owns its own laser therapy protocol, and it is unique to any other center in the US. We believe that is why our success rate is over 70% each month.
Are there any health conditions
for which laser therapy is not recommended?
Yes. Laser therapy is not recommended for any cancer patients being diagnosed and treated for cancer in the last year. Pregnant or nursing mothers or anyone under the age of 18.
Can I use electronic cigarettes with laser therapy?
There are two types of electronic cigarettes. Some filters house nicotine and some do not. We would only want you using the Zero tobacco filter while going through our laser therapy program. However, there are no FDA regulations to verify the zero tobacco filters are indeed zero tobacco. With that said, we would prefer you not use the e-cig while going through our program.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. We have gift certificates in any denomination you wish. What could be a better gift for a friend or family member? Call our office for more details. 270-782-5055
My Dr. prescribed Chantix to me, should I take that while I'm going through laser therapy?
Absolutely not. There are no side effects with laser therapy and there are many side effects possible with Chantix. Please educate yourself by simply googling Chantix FDA for more information.
We recommend that you try one stop smoking method at a time. You will know within one week if laser therapy is making your addiction manageable. It is not necessary to take any Nicotine Replacement Treatments such as patches, gum, or lozenges. Also, if you have tried Chantix with no success or were unable to tolerate the side effects, please advise your physician of your experience.
